I contacted James at Nationwide Pills on 12/13. He told me that if I wanted to pay by money order, that if I called him with the serial number of the money order and sent my records he could set up an appointment that same day. I would just have to put a money order in the mail that day and of course if I didn't I wouldn't be able to get my refills. Well, I faxed my records and in less than 10 minutes after the doctor called me. He was very nice and understanding. He was also concerned about prices of the meds and told me the cheapest option. I got 2 refills. I received my meds by 10:30 a.m. on 12/14. A++++ service. BTW, James answer the customer service line by the 2 ring and doesn't put you on hold.

 I have tried a few OP's over the last couple of years. Nationwide Pills is by far and away the most reliable, accomodating, and trustworthy of any one I have used. I am new to DB, but certainly not to pain management (or mis-management as the case may be). Cervical discectomy (C3-4 / C4-5) in 2000 which led to cervical spondylosis and cervical postlaminectomy syndrome has made me somewhat of a neck pain expert. I have tried everything.
I spoke with James in CS at NationWidePills several times and he really made it happen for me...(HE ALWAYS ANSWERS THE PHONE!!!). With legit records, he pushed through the consult for that same day. Dr Kim was thorough, kind and sympathetic. He genuinely appeared to care enough about my condition to ask ALL THE RIGHT QUESTIONS. Believe me, after 4+ years of this hell, I know what questions are pertinent with regard to medicinal treatment of this type of condition. Meds arrived the next day at 9:30 AM FedEx

I agree also. I was a customer of Fedexmeds. I switched to Nationwide and couldn't be happier. The service is unbelievable. Only down-side is quantity is only 90, rather than 120. Otherwise, these people are fabulous! I registered around 9:30, got a confirming call around 9:50, faxed my records (rather skimpy, in fact, because I didn't have everything with me), had a consult about 2:00 and should receive meds today. I had a small glitch with my order, but Marty in customer service was wonderful, responsive, and understanding. Kudos all around. Definitely four-Stars.

Well I put in my first order ever, and I chose Nationwidepills after some research. I can't say enough about amazingly smooth the process went! I ordered up my consultation at about 2:00 AM on 4/13, and faxed my records at about 10:30. At 11:30 I got an email telling me my consultation was scheduled for between 12:00 and 1:00. 5 minutes later Dr. Kim called and did a thorough consultation in just about 5 minutes. By 8:45 this morning I had my pills. 120 Norco 10's, with 2 refills. He told me that it'd only be 100 of them, but when I got them ---- 120!!! Great company!!! I'm definately going to continue working with this place!! A++++!

After using Fedexmeds for nearly 3 years and all the sudden they have a major problem of some-sort, I reluctantly made a change to Nationwide last Friday. I must say that I am very impressed so far and I don't think you will find a friendlier customer service department.
I called them before I went through the forms and faxed med records etc... I wanted to see if I could speak to a live person first. That was Friday afternoon and Dolores answered my call and all of my questions and I sent in everything that was needed at that time. I received a consult time within probably 15 mins or so, so far so good. To my surprise Dr. Kim called me over the weekend (even before my scheduled appointment) and asked if it might be a good time for a consult, I said sure. I was really surprised to see how fast everything and how professionally they have handled everything, he asked if I needed the meds overnight-ed or just std 2-day, I said that I was not in that big of a hurry a 2 day would be great.
Wow, received a tracking number before lunch on Monday. I must say that so far I could not be more pleased with their service, I am not familiar with the pharmacy they are using but I expect that it will be fine. Unless something craters on the pharmacy end I will highly recommend Nationwide to anyone in need. Thanks!

I decided to try Nationwide after Fedxmeds and later NWW went downhill. I'm very pleased with Nationwide.
Dr. Kim called me just a few hours after I faxed in my records. Yes, the quantity he prescribes does vary from patient to patient... note that another poster was scripted 120. He had my records in front of him, and he asked me pertinent questions, while still being respectful and understanding. Rather than mindlessly scripting me 120 tablets of the highest dosage available, he used his professional judgment to decide what to prescribe, and in doing so, he took into account what I had to say about my past experiences with various meds and dosages.
Bottom line: if one has records in order and is willing not to feel entitled to 120 tablets simply by virtue of having paid a consultation fee, Nationwide is a great choice.

I faxed in my records on 7/18 about 2:30. The next morning I had an email with my consultation time. The doc called me about an hour late(no big deal, I have waited longer at my GP's office). Consultation went fine and UPS was at my office at 9:00 AM on 7/21 with meds in great condition. I will be in Chicago this weekend pain free. I have been following DB for about a month. Thanks to everyone who has helped me learn about online medicine.

Hey all, I also was late getting my consult. But, ya know what???? She was an awesome consult. She was friendly, easy to talk to, a pure pleasure. I was greatful that I requested a consult yesterday am, got it by 3:30pm and my meds are on the way. Come on, don't knock service and that is what it is SERVICE. Most places you are lucky to even get a email or acknowledgement at all!!! These guys are still the best!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered my refill 7/23 (which is a sat.) an meds shipped out today (7/25) So i will receive them tomm. These guys I would recommend to anyone that has pain like we all do.

I'm glad that all of you have had such great experiences with Nationwide Pills. I have not shared in this experience.
After speaking with a doctor who did not realize that I was a returning patient, and who reassured me that my prescription would be sent out last Friday, I now find that the discount code that I entered for a reduced
rate for both consultation and shipping was only honored on the consult. NOT ONLY THAT, but the presciption was not sent on the day promised. Apparently, there was some shortage on Friday, which magically disappeared the following Monday morning.
The shipping was not reduced by the $10.00 as you promised. I am very unhappy with Nationwide Pill's service. Not only did the doctor prescribe a quantity
that was much less (after she said that she would add more) than my previous prescription, but no one notified my that my presciption would be late, and the shipping charge was not discounted.
I understand that mistakes can be made, but this is unacceptable to me.

After 3 days, they told me that the prescription had been sent out via Fedex. The tracking number on the FedEx site showed that I label had been generated. OK. Wierd thing was that there was no activity all throughout the evening on the FedEz tracking site. I called FedEx. They said a label had been generated but the package was never sent out. I called Nationwide Pills again. The CSR told me that there was a shortage of my medication, but that the package had been sent. I'm currently waiting on hold for a higher authority.

Well after my last post on this website to tell of my latest experience with nationwide I got an email from them telling me to contact them on their website and that they'll straighten out any problem. Well, I've contacted them several times via their website and email and I've heard nothing. NOTHING not even a fairwell, good riddance. So I've switched OP's and have had an AWESOME experience with them. So good luck to those of you who are still using this OP but I've switched to one with four Stars and now I know why this one only has three.
