When sending in medical records please be sure to include atleast one record that has been signed by your previous doctor and please dont try to request medications that you have never been prescribed cause you will not get them. Last but not least please do not attempt to use our service if you are currently receiving a prescription/medication from another source. We welcome people looking for a new service but it must be one month after your last refill. We look to service our patients for a long time to come and will not do anything to jepordize that, thank you.

Since my old OCS shut down (UWM) I found this place on DB and decided to give them a try, I sent my records in Monday, received a consult Wednesday and Thursday received a tracking number in an email and stating I will receive my Script via DHL on Monday, so far I am very happy.
PS- My only concern is I have never used a Direct Script before and am very nervous about taking a script from out of state to my pharmacy (which is Rite Aid) anyone know a pharmacy that will take an out of state script without asking any questions? Please PM me or just respond on here please. Thank you very much, any input will help!

I took an out of state script to Walmart 3 times...they filled them w/o question...i live in Penna...hope that helps.

I think it was 27 days...i had to self pay cause my insurance won't cover any dosage over 7.5.

smontel... General rule of thumb with direct scripts is to call the pharmacy ahead of time and ask them if they honor out of state prescriptions. I'm happy your satisfied with our service. I do my best to make everything as smooth and convenient as possible. Thanks for the positive feedback!
We contact patients for consults the same day they send in their records unless they are not available. If this is the case I contact the patient personally to set a convenient time.

Thank you everone for your responses. I am EXTREMELY happy with the customer service and the way the process went with this new DS-OCS and I HIGHLY recommend it to everyone who has lost their old OCS due to recent [censored] going on!

Good morning DB and happy Friday...
I'm currently bouncing back and forth between cc processors so there is going to be a delay for the call in service. I'm anxious to get it started but it's difficult to find a trustworthy company that works within this industry. I have to be able to trust these guys with not just my money but all of my patients money as well. I believe it's well worth taking some time on this to get it right and not have problems down the road. The call in service will be up and running asap!

What is your turnaround time. Once you get your consult when do you send the script out if approved? Do you send it same day or next day?

Our process takes a total of 3-5 days after an approved consultation. When I finally get cc billing set up we will have same day and next day call ins available as well.

Has anybody else had a hard time getting through on the phone to them? I have a customer service issue that I have been dealing with for about a month now and they use to always answer the phone. Now it has been the machine every time I call this week. Figures, when they owe me money they don't answer, isn't that how it always is?

Mommyof1 I know which patient you are. If you have had trouble getting through on our phone lines today it's becasue I have been making important buisness conference calls all day long to get the future plans of this site in motion. Your refund check is in the mail for the prescription you could not get filled. Although I am almost certain that the reason your prescription did not get filled was because you were receiving meds from more than one source. We usually do not refund payments for double dippers. I am giving you the benefit of the doubt here and sent the refund anyway. I think you should be happy enough with that.

After my first consultation with 1consultdirect.net. Everything was fine; the PA was very thorough, I was one the phone w/ her for about 30 minutes or so, so I felt she took her time and was very knowledgeable, and even had some insight that I did not hear from other Dr's.
All in all I am very pleased with this service. The friendly staff, etc.
Only other issue I had was getting it verified; they left a message for the DR. to call back (frustrating when you have to wait like that especially after hearing the numbers of patients on average need call-backs for verification. I was afraid it would take a while.
Glad to report after phoning their Cust. CS place again (they are great at answering phones/emails promptly) he took down the numbers, and told me he would do what he could to it for me to clean it up said he could look into it.
Bottom Line: Those whom have seen my many posts may know I rarely plug an OCS or whatever. But w/ some of the problems that has come all to often in this industry, we have become almost complacent, almost as it we expect so-so marginal service at best due to the nature of the business the number of Scams that come and go and even the ones that seem up and up tend to close doors or even get greedy and resort to unscrupulous business practices.
We certainly would not put up with a normal business whom does a real business generally on the up & up.
1ConsultDirect, certainly hasn't during anything groundbreaking in their approach to business, though on the other hand they seem to do the little things right.
Kudo's to 1consultdirect. Hopefully honest business models such as yours can do very well as we all know, and (if like me) wondered why they couldn't operate a bit more on the up and up, etc....Well you get the picture enough mumbling from me this late at night.
Kudo's to 1consultdirect...Keep up the good work!

1consultdirect will be back online starting this week! Unfortunately our efforts to set up a call in service have not been successful. We are keeping the option open for the future and hope to have it available eventually. There continues to be a very high demand for direct scripting and we will offer that service regardless of any other we might be able to offer in the future. We have switched over our shipping provider to UPS rather than DHL. We haven't had too many problems with DHL but simply feel that UPS will be a better provider for our shipping needs. Plus the general feedback from our patients is that DHL is the worst shipping company. So in effort to keep everyone happy and provide the best service we will be shipping with UPS.
Reconsult time is here for our original patients. All reconsults will be on schedule with no delays. We ask that for reconsults patients resubmit their signed controlled substance prescription form. There is no need to resubmit medical records as long as they are still less than one year old.

Everything is back to 100% at 1consultdirect. We are currently processing all new patients and reconsults. Patients with reconsults have to wait 90 days from the date of the original consult for their reconsult. However we can do the reconsult a few days earlier to allow time for shipping, thanks and have a great day!

I hope everyone enjoyed their 4th of July weekend. We have a new a P.A. now that works in the evening as well as on Sundays. This should be convenient for people that prefer to do their consults at night rather then during the work day.

A concerned member of our site informed me that he received e-mails from a site trying to rip people off using the same name as 1consultdirect. This person forwarded me the e-mails they have received from this website with some 35-40 e-mail addresses that were all spammed. His original concern as well as mine was that our database had been hacked and that someone was trying to rip off our patients. However after looking over the list of people that this e-mail was sent to (no they did not cc) I only recognized 2 of the addresses. If anyone receives these e-mails this is not our site and it is certantly a rip off I assume these people aquired a mailing list and set up a sight looking to make a quick buck. The e-mail address being used is:

When new patients are signing up for consults please remember to send us and e-mail with your name, DOB, shipping address, and phone number. Often times peoples handwriting is difficult to read after being faxed. It will speed up the process a great deal and make record keeping more efficient if this is done every time.
Also all reconsults simply need to send in a new signed controlled substance prescription form as long as your records are still less than 1 year old, thanks.
Upon further investigation of the phony's in my last post with godaddy. I found out that it is a non US based site registered through a german domain company, beware!
